In the summer months, you might eat less...but you should still eat well. The new patio menu at Opus 9 in Newtown is every bit as satisfying as sitting down to dinner at Opus 9 - but a little more casual. A little lighter.
Crab cake sliders. A prime rib sandwich. Tuna Tartar with avocado relish and crispy fried shallots, drizzled in a Chinese mustard vinaigrette.
